How to Do 100 Push Ups

Here is how you can train yourself to perform 100 push ups without stopping.

Perform this 3x/week with at least 1 day off in between sessions (i.e. Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

Do as many push ups as you can

Rest 1 minute....

Do as many push ups as you can

Rest 1 minute

Continue this pattern until you total 100 push ups.

Repeat this during each session.  Each week, decrease your rest time in between sets by 10 seconds.

Within 8 weeks, you’ll complete 100 push ups without stopping.
