Phone Fitness Coaching

 

Phone coaching is geared for people who

  • have schedules that often make it difficult to set specific dates and times to meet with a personal trainer
  • want to take charge of their health
  • want a professional to design a workout program for them
  • want a coach to provide accountability, and
  • want to set goals and achieve them.

 

Based on your goals, fitness experience, family and medical history, and the equipment you have access to, your coach creates a custom program for you.  You and your coach then schedule a time for a 30 minute phone call each week.  Prior to this call, you can email or fax your completed workouts for that week, and also any questions you may have.  During the weekly coaching session, the two of you discuss and review your workout progress, and your coach answers your questions.

 

Does it work?

Yes! It is supported by a 20+ year research study conducted at Stanford University, and is currently used throughout the United States with great success.

 

All experience levels are welcomed and encouraged!

 

What are the benefits?

You pick where you want to exercise.

You can stay on track even when traveling for work, or on vacation.

You can achieve the same results as working with a personal trainer face-to-face but at a reduced cost.
