Fish is a fantastic staple in a healthy diet.

4 - 6 ounces tilapia ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese chopped parsley 1 teaspoon light mayo dash of sea salt dash of pepper dash of garlic powder lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 400 F. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except the tilapia and lemon wedges. Place tilapia on Pam-sprayed foil. Brush the seasoning mixture on the fish. Bake about 12 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. |
