FAQs Q: Do I have to belong to a gym to follow this program? A: No. The beauty of this is that it can be performed in a gym or in the comfort of your home. You need a few sets of dumbbells or resistance bands, and a stability ball is optional. Q: I’m very busy between work, home, and family, and don’t have hours every day to exercise. Can I still do this program? A: No problem! Each training session is 1 hour or less. Q: I’ve seen a lot of gyms advertising programs but they seem too good to be true. How much weight loss should I really expect? A: Weight loss of 3 lbs a week is normal. Depending on your current fitness level and how closely you adhere to the program, you could lose more. Your body composition may change too, so while your weight loss may not be seen on the scale, you have lost fat and built muscle which will make your clothes fit better! Q: This sounds pretty good but what is the cost? A: $159. That’s it. You may have seen this originally for $199 but it's reduced for a limited time. Q: How do I get started? A: Contact me. Q: What if I have questions during the 3 weeks? A: You will be submitting your progress to me periodically throughout the 3 weeks, and we will be communicating via email during this time. Q: Is this something I could follow forever? A: No. This is not designed to be a lifestyle change. After this program, you will most probably want to maintain your new lower weight and body shape.
