Metabolic Explosion Training

Semi-Private and Metabolic Explosion Training is for you if you answer 'yes' to one or more of these questions:

Do you think you can't afford personal training?
Do you want to be held accountable?
Are you a competitive person? 
Are you ready to work hard and motivate others to do the same? 
Do you have friends who want to train with you? 
Do you like group training but feel you get lost in the crowd? 

These sessions are held two or three times a week for an hour each. They provide the same high quality workouts as individualized personal training but at a lesser cost. The group environment helps you to stay motivated and accountable. You can lose 2 - 3 lbs per week when attending these sessions and following proper nutrition. Join an established group or bring friends to create your own.

Semi-Private and Small Group sessions include an initial assessment, weigh in, body measurements and body fat testing, and a nutrition counseling session.  Weigh ins and body measurements continue every two weeks so we can track your progress.

A variety of methods and equipment will be used to help you meet your goals including dumbbells, TRX and Rip Trainer, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls, interval training, partner resistance, plyometrics, agility, balance and mobility movements, and bodyweight exercises.

I definitely would recommend Sharon's MET class. I love the small group setting as opposed to a big gym.  It's a really great workout and she makes it fun!  I feel like I'm getting stronger every day!! - Andrea

I would recommend MET class because.... It is an awesome workout and there is always some new!  It is a class that is never boring!  I would also like to say thank you for the encouraging words again last night during class.  I was thinking exactly what you said - about 6 weeks ago or even 12 weeks ago, and how much of (tonight's) workout I could have completed.  Kept up the great work and variety of workout as it makes it fun and enjoyable to workout!!! - Tamara

Semi-Private Sessions for 2 people @ 2x/week:  $30.00 / per person / per session
Semi-Private Sessions for 2 people @ 3x/week:  $27.50 / per person / per session

In addition to saving money when you buy a 3 month package, you also commit to working hard to reach your goal.  I, in turn, hold you accountable to help you achieve it or surpass it!  You also "reserve" that time and day to work with me, so no one else can.
