Sharon is a great overall motivator. She is knowledgeable about fitness and is willing to pass that knowledge on to others. The MET Class workouts are always different, which makes them fun and challenging since you never know what you are going to walk into. This is the first plan I have tried where I attend classes on a regular basis and have a Meal Plan. Although I was skeptical at first, this Meal Plan has been so easy to follow, and that is coming from a person who does not like to cook.

Boot Camp is the one exercise regimen that I have been able to begin since having two children. I enjoy having two hours a week to improve myself after having been dissatisfied with my fitness for a few years. And it's working!

Before I started Boot Camp I felt I was losing all the strength benefits I had worked hard for and I could not replicate on my own. It is obvious that I enjoy boot camp as I am about to start my 6th session....I look forward to the work out each week because I feel great afterwards and I can tell for a couple of days after that I worked out from head to toe. It is also a great stress reliever and a great way to clear your mind. I really enjoy that you'll give nutrition tips because that is definitely not an area I am strong in. However, as an ex college athlete this is the first work out I have found that really challenges me to push my limits and I always seem to amaze myself when I try something new. Overall, it is my favorite work out and I would really be upset (I might cry) if it was not offered any longer.

I asked for a Meal Plan created specifically for me because I have tried many diet plans that just haven't worked. I thought it would be easier for me to have a set meal plan each day on what I should be eating, and not what I think I should be eating. This plan has helped me understand portion size. Before starting the Meal Plan, I always felt guilty for what I had eaten. I enjoyed eating it at the time but afterwards made me feel guilty. Portion size meant nothing to me. This Meal Plan has shown me that food that is good for you can also taste good. This Meal Plan has helped me tremendously. I am in a routine now and I make everything ahead of time so it is ready the next day. No excuses. I feel good. I am learning that I don't need all that junk food to make me happy. I'm not as tired as I used to be. I feel a difference in my clothes and I don't have to take my heartburn medicine every day. I would recommend a Meal Plan to others because IT WORKS!!! - Elsa B.

For the first week, I felt the Meal Plan was easy to follow and filling. I am on the 10th day of the Meal Plan and have noticed that a couple of pairs of pants seem to fit a little better. I would like to thank you for your training and nutrition program. I thought I was in good shape but always knew I had been in much better condition some time ago. Being 47, I knew I needed to work harder to get back to not only where I was feeling good but better than I was before. I have seen guys my age and older that look and do things I did 30 years ago. Now it has only been 3 weeks but the greatest difference is in my diet. Your slogan "Abs are 70% Diet, 30% Gym" is no joke. I have more energy now that I am eating clean. The Meal Plan you designed for me has helped keep me going throughout my workouts and at play. I used to mountain bike two courses - a beginner course, then rest for 10 - 15 minutes while trying to catch my breath. Then I would start the advanced course and feel like I was going to die. In only 3 weeks of following your exercise and nutrition program, I was able to complete both the beginner and advanced courses without a break, and felt good afterwards. I could have gone another round but was limited on time. I am able for the first time to perform push ups while balancing on 4 medicine balls. And while I still have a week to go before I step on the scale, I feel stronger. I try and tell myself that same quote you have over your studio door, "It never gets easier, you only get better" and that is the truth. Thanks again for your knowledge. - Kevin
I would like to also say thank you for the encouraging words again last night [during Metabolic Explosion Training]. I was thinking exactly what you said - about 6 weeks ago or even 12 weeks ago, and how much of (tonight's) workout I could have completed. Kept up the great work and variety of workout as it makes it fun and enjoyable to workout!!!....Tonight at volleyball I did 2 things that I have not even tried for years. First one was blocking and I actually did get a block! I have not blocked (or even attempted to block) anyone in so long that I forgot what it feels like!!! AWESOME!!! Second was actually jumping and spiking the ball down with authority. I have been just standing and hitting the volleyball. My timing and legs just never seemed to have the energy or strength to jump. My team was as surprised as I was! - Tamara
I have been taking boot camp for about a year and a half and about 6 months ago I decided to add a Saturday morning MET class. It was the best decision I have made. It was the perfect balance to round out my week for working out. I do occasionally workout another days of the week, but never anything contestant. This was a great add to make sure I was getting a great workout every week. MET class is the exact step and addition to boot camp that I needed. The addition of the weights and the "toys" pushes me in another way each week. Every class I walk away feeling like I got a great total body work out. The environment Sharon creates is one where everyone feels like they can succeed!
Sharon also provides a personal touch and I would never get with any other trainer I have met or worked out with. She really gets to know her clients and will go the extra mile for them. I found out I was pregnant in January with my first child. So everything is new to me. There is no one else I would rather work out with at this time. She is watching out for me and doing research to make sure I stay safe while working out. So far workouts have been going great and I hope to be able to continue them throughout the rest of my pregnancy. - Tracey
This is just a little note to say thanks for helping me get started on my journey to get to where I am today. I've been thinking about all the hard work I put in (especially today on my birthday 6.65 mile run - WOW! Such a feat for me!) and realized you got me hooked on this stuff! It feels so good to exercise now and to beat all my goals. I weigh less now than when I did in high school - by 20 lbs.! I can run long distances, I can do so much more. So now that I'm done bragging :) Thanks again for helping me meet my goals!

You do a great job of explaining the exercises and pushing me to go further than I think I can. The exercises are not monotonous and predictable. I have seen great improvements in my strength and flexibility. I couldn't do a wall sit for 20 seconds when I started, now I can do it for a minute....I have more energy, and am more confident. While the notion of "boot camp" sounds intimidating that is far from the reality. I have enrolled in multiple sessions of Sharon's boot camp class. It is a full body workout. There is always something new to learn. Sharon provides alternatives to exercises for individuals who want more or less of a challenge. It is always great fun, a great workout and provides a great sense of accomplishment after every class. Yes, it's GREAT! Everybody is supportive of one another, including Sharon. She is a great instructor, knows her stuff and consistently brings something new to the table making it fun and interesting. She has a lot of knowledge and is always willing to share her advice or opinions on questions or concerns expressed by class participants. The biggest plus is that Sharon is supportive of our wants, needs and challenges and does everything she can to accommodate. She has no "expectations" of anyone other than working with you and moving you forward to the next level of strength and endurance.

I love C4F Boot Camp because it is an effective, safe workout that is held in a casual environment and the exercises are easily modified for everybody’s level of fitness. I have been involved in physical fitness both personally and professionally for 30 years so I feel confident when telling people that Sharon is an excellent trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, but I think just as importantly, she truly cares about her clients and getting them in to shape and better health!

I would recommend boot camp to others because Sharon is encouraging and when I go there to work out, I don't feel like I am being judged.
