Delicious Easy Healthy Recipes

Eating right is key to getting the body you want, to performing your best in the gym and everywhere else, and having energy throughout the day.

An easy way to accomplish this is to incorporate protein powder into your diet. All protein powders are not the same however.

Muscle Provider and UMP are my two top choices.

Each can be a key ingredient in healthy, easy-to-make, delicious, portable meals – all of which are Sharon-approved.

Muscle Provider + water
Muscle Provider + water + ice
Muscle Provider + water + PB2
Muscle Provider + water + cinnamon
Muscle Provider + water + 100% Hershey’s dark chocolate cocoa
Muscle Provider + water + PB2 + 100% Hershey’s dark chocolate cocoa

Optional ingredients: banana, natural peanut butter, crushed nuts.

 

UMP + water
UMP + water + ice
UMP + water + PB2
UMP + water + cinnamon
UMP + water + 100% Hershey’s dark chocolate cocoa
UMP + water + PB2 + 100% Hershey’s dark chocolate cocoa

Optional ingredients: banana, natural peanut butter, crushed nuts.

 

You can enjoy these as

  • a protein shake
  • ice cream (freeze it for at least 60 minutes)
  • pudding (microwave Muscle Provider for a hot pudding, or simply mix UMP with ice cold water)

Note that UMP makes a much thicker shake, ice cream, and pudding than Muscle Provider.
